ATTACHMENT KENYA Kenya is one of the sub-Saharan African countries. These countries share one thing in common; high number of youth unemployment phenomenon. The economy seems to grow at snail speed if not stagnant. Every year, our secondary and tertiary education institutions produce massive number of graduates. The economy for years has not been able to absorb all the graduates leaving school, thus, youth unemployment has gone through the roof. As much as they have all the productive energy complete with necessary skills and academic qualifications; they also face the many bureaucratic walls that are set by our financial institutions, when they want to secure credit lines. This is where we come in to help students and graduates alike secure attachments and internships from various organizations. This will enable students fulfill their course’s requirement for industrial attachment in order to graduate as well graduates gain adequate skills experience for their career developments. While to a lesser degree, our industries and blue chip companies are frequently in need of trainees and interns in order for them to select future employees.
